Song Gift Terms of Service

1. The service and its operator

These Terms apply to the uibuib song gift experience, operated by 符源 (Fu Yuan), an individual developer based in China. Contact: fuy7455@gmail.com. By using this experience, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

You can describe a person and occasion, choose music preferences, and review lyrics before requesting a song. When live generation is available, you sign in to generate and keep recordings in your account. AI results can vary, including names, pronunciation, lyrics, and musical style. Review the lyrics and generation cost before submitting; after generation, choose the recording you want to give.

Availability is shown on the site. Browser demos and starter lyrics let you try the flow; they do not create a paid order or establish a purchase entitlement. Features marked “Coming soon” are not available to buy. The separate image and video studio has its own Studio Terms.

2. Music credits and song delivery

When purchases are available, you can buy a one-time uibuib credit pack or a monthly credit subscription. The plan shows its price, currency, credit quantity, renewal terms and applicable taxes before payment. Plans without a configured price and quantity cannot be purchased. Music generation uses the existing uibuib credit balance. Your eligible existing credits can be used to create songs.

4,000 credits submit one generation for two song versions. The credits are held before generation and spent when both complete recordings are ready. Both full recordings, MP3 downloads, lyrics and version-specific gift links are then available in your signed-in account. Playing, downloading or sharing them does not require another unlock payment.

A confirmed generation failure releases the held credits. An uncertain provider result keeps it held while the request is checked; contact support before starting another request. An expired subscription credit released after its billing period does not become a new-period credit. There is no automatic additional free generation or remake entitlement.

Waffo Pancake handles payment under the terms presented at checkout. Returning from its checkout page alone does not add credits; a verified successful payment is required. Existing purchases of a single selected recording retain their original selected-version access and are separate from new credit-funded generations.

Video gifts, wall art, live gift photos and platform-sent or scheduled gift emails are not included.

3. Subscriptions, expiry and cancellation

A monthly subscription renews automatically at its stated price until cancelled. Each confirmed paid billing period adds that plan’s stated credits. Subscription credits are available until the end of the period that funded them; one-time pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Eligible credits that expire soonest are used first.

You can request cancellation from your music account. Confirm that the account shows cancellation scheduled. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current period; it does not delete already completed songs. Current-period credits remain subject to their original expiry. A failed renewal does not add another period’s credits.

Cancellation and a refund are different actions. Credits held for an existing generation remain associated with that request. We do not promise perpetual hosting: the retention and service-availability provisions below still apply.

5. Payment problems and refund requests

If you suspect a duplicate or incorrect charge, or cannot access credits or a completed recording, email fuy7455@gmail.com from your purchase email. Include the order ID, relevant song link, and what happened. We will review the payment and delivery records and address verified issues through the applicable payment process.

A successful refund can revoke credits funded by that payment, including affected pending holds. A full refund can also disable related song access and gift links. Cancellation alone does not do this. Credit release after a failed generation is an account adjustment, not an automatic cash refund.

These Terms do not waive any statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Rights that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply. A creative preference alone does not establish an additional remake allowance or a particular refund outcome under these Terms; contact us so we can review your concern. No self-service free or paid remake entitlement is currently offered.

6. Your account and saved work

Use an email or Google account you control. Keep sign-in codes and account access private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. We can restrict access for suspected abuse, fraud, unlawful content, or security risks.

Drafts and demos autosave in this browser. Signing out does not clear them. Live account recordings and browser previews are separate records; removing a demo does not delete server-stored songs. See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests and the Cookie Policy for browser storage controls.

7. Your content and generated recordings

You retain the rights you already hold in your story, instructions, lyrics, and other submitted content. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it, including information about other people. Do not submit personal information about children under 13, or a higher applicable age of digital consent, to live AI generation. You give uibuib and its service providers a non-exclusive permission to process, store, transmit, and display permitted content as needed to provide your requested generation, account, support, and sharing features.

Completed credit-funded recordings and existing selected-song purchases provide access for personal listening, downloading, and gift sharing. AI output may be similar to other output, and copyright protection, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party claims is not guaranteed. Before any commercial use, check the rights in your input, applicable law, and the relevant provider’s terms. See our service providers for further information.

8. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect copyright, privacy, identity, and other people’s rights.
Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, threatening, or fraudulent content, or impersonate someone without authorization.
Do not attack the service, seek unauthorized account or media access, or evade generation and abuse-prevention limits.

9. Availability and legal rights

The service relies on third-party AI, hosting, and payment systems. Generation may fail or be delayed, and we may change or suspend features for operational, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result. Contact us about an affected purchase so its status can be checked.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The laws of the People’s Republic of China apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights or agree to arbitration.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date is shown at the top; we will provide additional notice where required by law. The product and price shown when you purchase determine the features you buy.
