1. Who handles your information
符源 (Fu Yuan), an individual developer based in China, operates uibuib and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact fuy7455@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
This policy covers the song gift experience. The separate image and video studio is described in the Studio Privacy Policy; account and payment infrastructure may be shared.
2. Information we process
- Accounts: your email, account identifier, sign-in records, and Google account identifier if you choose Google sign-in. We verify email codes or Google identity to authenticate you.
- Song content: names, occasion, relationship, story, pronunciation notes, music and language preferences, instructions, lyrics, generated audio, song title, selected version, and gift note or link when submitted or generated through live features.
- Payments: order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, status, purchase email, subscription status and billing periods, credit grants, holds and spending records, refund or dispute records, and payment notifications from the provider. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by uibuib.
- Technical and safety data: request and task timestamps, errors, device or browser information available to infrastructure providers, and quota identifiers. Cloudflare and other providers may process IP addresses in their logs.
- Support: messages and information you choose to email us. The contact form prepares a local email draft; it does not submit a support message to our server. Your email app and mailbox providers, including our Gmail mailbox, process it when you send it.
3. Why we use it
We process information to authenticate your account, create and store requested lyrics or recordings, provide downloads and gift playback, process payments, and answer support requests. Where applicable, this processing supports the service you request and performance of our contract with you.
We also use relevant technical records to prevent abuse, enforce generation limits, diagnose failures, protect accounts, and meet legal, payment, or dispute obligations. These purposes rely on applicable legal obligations or legitimate interests where recognized by law. Optional Google sign-in and microphone access are initiated by you; browser microphone permission can be withdrawn in your browser settings.
4. Service providers and external apps
- Cloudflare: application hosting, database and object storage, generation workflows, network security, and sign-in email delivery. Login emails include your email address and one-time code. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- KIE AI: processes story details and preferences through its text model for AI lyrics, and approved lyrics and music instructions through its Suno music model for recordings, when live generation is requested. uibuib does not add your account email or raw IP to these generation requests, but your input may itself contain personal details. See KIE AI’s Privacy Policy. Provider and underlying model terms also apply to processing and output rights.
- Google: handles optional Google sign-in. uibuib requests your email and Google account identifier to verify identity, not access to Gmail, Drive, or contacts. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Waffo Pancake: handles checkout as Merchant of Record when purchases are available. It receives buyer/account and order identifiers, email, product and price information, currency, and return URLs for payment, billing, tax, refund, and dispute processing. Its terms and privacy information are shown at checkout.
- Your chosen sharing or email app: receives the song title, gift link, or message you choose to share. Opening WhatsApp, email, or system sharing is your choice; uibuib does not currently send or schedule gift emails.
5. Browser drafts and sign-in storage
Stories, helper answers, editable lyrics, preferences, and demo gifts autosave in this browser’s local storage. A demo photo, if added, also stays in that browser preview. Live generation sends the submitted brief and relevant lyrics to our service and AI provider; the separate helper-answer fields are not sent as separate fields.
Necessary HttpOnly cookies maintain your account session, protect Google sign-in, and identify anonymous lyric tasks. A tab-specific Google return record is valid for 10 minutes and helps resume a request you initiated. A random local marker and browser messages notify other tabs of sign-in changes without sending an account identifier in that notification. Browser storage can be shared by people using the same browser profile. Signing out does not erase drafts or demos. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already sent to our servers or service providers.
6. Anonymous lyrics and daily limits
When anonymous AI lyrics are available, a signed guest cookie identifies that browser’s lyric tasks for up to 7 days. We store task content, status, timestamps, and a guest identifier. Expiry of the cookie does not delete those server records and may prevent that browser from reopening them.
To apply daily limits, the application derives a keyed hash from the request IP and the current UTC date. That daily-changing hash is stored with the lyric request; the application does not write the raw IP into the music lyrics table. This does not mean that network or provider logs contain no IP addresses, or that the request content is anonymous to every party.
7. Optional voice input
If you choose Speak, your browser requests microphone access and performs speech recognition. The browser or its speech provider may process audio online under its own terms. uibuib’s voice feature does not upload or store an audio recording; the returned transcript becomes part of your editable story and can be saved in browser storage or submitted with a generation request. You can type instead and change microphone permissions in your browser.
8. Who can access a gift
Live gift pages are unlisted and marked for search engines not to index them, but they are not protected by a recipient password or account. Anyone with the link can access the full audio, lyrics, recipient details, and saved gift note. Share links only as intended. The song owner can disable a live link; copies already saved or forwarded outside the service cannot be recalled.
Browser-only demo gifts are local previews. They do not publish a photo or gift page for another device.
9. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Server-stored accounts, lyric tasks, recordings, and payment or support records are separate from browser drafts. There is currently no automated cleanup schedule for generated music, anonymous lyric tasks, or stored audio. Cookie expiry, signing out, and removing a local demo do not automatically remove server records. There is no self-service deletion of live songs or accounts in the music experience.
Email fuy7455@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or account closure. Provide the relevant account email or task/song link so we can verify and locate the request. We will review the available deletion scope. Records needed for payment, legal, security, or dispute purposes, and backups or provider-held copies, may need separate handling; we do not promise that all copies disappear immediately.
Rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority depend on applicable law. Requests and any required response periods will be handled in accordance with that law. For local browser removal, see browser storage controls.
10. Security, international processing, and updates
We use access controls, signed sessions, HTTPS in production, and payment verification to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our operator is in China, and service providers may process data in other countries under their own applicable terms and safeguards. Contact us for questions about the providers involved in your request or international processing.
We do not sell personal information. The current song gift experience does not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or marketing tracking integrations. Third-party pages you choose to open have their own privacy practices.
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. Do not submit personal information about children under 13, or a higher applicable age of digital consent, to live AI generation. Contact us if a child has submitted information without appropriate authorization. We may update this policy as the service changes, show the effective date above, and provide additional notice where legally required.
